Hello!

Daniel Lewis is an Australian artist and filmmaker.
Having graduated in 2016 from Griffith Film School, Daniel has since gained experience across a number of film and television projects in varying scale and genres in both Australia and the US. In 2017 he moved to Los Angeles where he worked as a workshop technician and fabricator for the Haas Brothers fine art studio where he honed numerous manufacture and design skills. Daniel’s full-time role as a workshop technician and fabricator has given him the confidence and skills set to effectively operate and adapt to all manner of creative work. 

In 2021 he recommenced his work as a production designer for Universal artists including The Riot and as the production designer of Craig Boreham’s feature film Lonesome. More recently, he has worked as a special effects assistant at DTFX contributing to a range of Sydney-based media projects. In 2022 and 2023 Dan lent he skills to Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, Fall Guy, Anyone But You, The Moogai and Body Blow.
